The site part of Central Bank of Ireland currency centre in sandyford, Dublin. This is a high secure facility with 24 hour security. Garda clearance had to be obtained for all personnel that worked on the project. The work was carried out in the Central Boiler House for the Centre. The Centre remained open and fully operational during the works and was busy with currency deliveries and dispatches.

The project involved the removal of three existing MTHW boilers and installation of 3 new 1500kW MTHW boilers and was carried out under the form of conditions set out in the Short Public Works Contract for Building Works Designed by the Employer.

The works included; Demolition Work, New MTHW Boilers and Distribution System, Natural Gas Distribution Retrofit System, Oil Distribution Retrofit System, Existing MTHW Basement Room Pipework Modifications, BMS, Electrical Works, Builders Works
