Mechanical and Electrical Works in Medtronic

Medtronic is involved in the contribution to human welfare through the application of biomedical engineering in the research, design, manufacture, and sale of instruments or appliances that alleviate pain, restore health and extend life. 

The works were carried out in a live environment and the building remained operational while works were ongoing. This project consists of:

Aran Suite

  • Cutting into existing Pipework at High Level and installation of Isolation Valve per Pipe run
  • Stripping out of existing water and waste services
  • Tying in of existing pipework to new installations
  • Installation of new WHB
  • Supply and installation of Electrical equipment, Preliminaries and Strip Out
  • Supply and installation of New 50A Breaker
  • Supply and installation of galvanised ductwork insulated with 25mm duct wrap insulation
  • Supply and installation of Grilles, VDDs, FDs
  • Preliminaries, Supervision & Electrical wiring of Mechanical services
  • Supply and installation of AC Units & heat exchanger
  • Removal of existing ductwork and supply and installation of new ductwork

  • Preliminaries and Strip out of existing ductwork
  • Modification to existing ductwork and installation of flexible ductwork
