This project consists of the construction of the new Garda Divisional Headquarters, adjacent to the existing Kevin Street Garda station. This is a protected structure. The new building is approx. 6,840 sqm with a 5,400 sqm double basement. The development consists of a 2/3-storey building and a 5-storey building.

Scope Of Work

Mechanical services include the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of; main gas fired boiler plant, headers, pumps, valves, controls, etc., air handling units, ducted supply and extract air mechanical ventilation systems, roof mounted air cooled chillers, natural gas, oil, chilled water, ceiling mounted air-side controlled fan coil units, domestic water services, mechanical ventilation systems, specialist services to cell areas, local split-type air conditioning units, soils and wastes, and BMS.
