Project Information
KD Group acted as both the main contractor and Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) for the mechanical upgrade of the Kilrush Revenue Offices.
The project involved replacing the outdated oil-fired heating system with a modern LPG-based solution. Additional works included the installation of new Building Management System (BMS) controls, enhanced safety features, and electrical system upgrades. Successful completion and handover to the Office of Public Works were achieved through effective coordination among trades, proactive supplier engagement, and strict adherence to COVID-19 safety protocols.
