Project Information

KD were responsible for the mechanical fit out of the New Prep Kitchen which included supply and fitting new extract canopies over main cooking areas, these canopies also include a fire suppression system. Ducting of these canopies which included some fire rated duct, supply AHU and associated duct, work installation, installed all the domestic water and soil and waste installation, installation of gas & gas proving system, fire suppression, domestic water and connect. The builder installed a new tiles ceiling KD group removed existing grilles and moved duct work to suit new ceiling. We also fitted 180 new grilles on the shop floor.
